Description:

Successful City law firm who are market leaders in their fields of expertise have an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to oversee all people and development matters for their London Offices. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for recruitment, retentions, training & development, compensation benefits, employee relations and appraisals.

Reporting into the practice manager you will be responsible for supporting 100 staff, settling up HR processes and procedures, pro-actively managing all HR matters.

To meet with the company criteria you will need the following

Legal experience,

2.1 degree or above

Excellent written and oral communication skills
