Description:

One of the UK's top banks is looking for an experienced Bancassurance Financial Services Manager to join their team.

You will inherit and manage a team of Financial Advisers in this area and recruit experienced Advisers when required. As you are going to lead a team of professional Financial Planning Managers, you'll need a wide range of leadership, management and financial planning skills and experience.

You'll also need detailed knowledge of , sales processes and regulatory obligations, as well as in-depth familiarity with the UK financial services industry and the UK taxation system.

Your qualifications will include at least CEFA 4 / full CII FPC, or alternatively, AFPC or other advanced qualifications. You'll also need to be willing to travel when necessary

You will benefit from a basic to £50K plus car allowance and full benefits package ote £80K
